Delivery Information & Timescales

Delivery is currently FREE on all framed art as part of our ongoing promotion to UK Mainland addresses. Print only orders under £49.99 are charged at £14.99.  Timescales are advised on each individual product (see below for Express Delivery Option).  For most deliveries, we use a DHL Tracked Next Day Service (Highlands and Islands are a 48-72hr Service).  For deliveries within approx 50 miles of Glasgow, we use a local courier, there is no tracking information for this service.

Courier Delivery Service

Delivery is to the shipping address provided on your order.  DHL will allow an option to leave with a neighbour, change your date, or to send the local DHL depot for pick up.  For your parcels security, DHL do not offer a Safe Place option.

With regret, No claims can be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery (see Delivery Times.  In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to claim insurance with the courier.  With regret, no compensation can be offered for items damaged in transit, we will replace the item for you within our terms.

All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate, where an order contains two or more items with different  lead-times, we will ship the complete order together.

Your artwork will be very carefully quality checked and extremely well packaged before shipping, please open and check your product thoroughly within 24 hours of arrival, because the good news is we have 24 hours insurance with the courier.
