Returns & Refund Policy

We always do our best to deliver products you love, however, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have up to 28 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.  Please inform us within 14 days of receipt in the first instance, by following the procedure below (this excludes bespoke or personalised items as agreed with us)

Returns Procedure

  • Please email us at sales@artprintsgallery.co.uk, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.
  • We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours.  When we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.
  • Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in - with regret, we can't accept a return without its original packaging, and if you are returning by courier, we advise packing in a box and with sufficient protection to ensure it is returned in the original condition.
  • Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.
  • We process all refunds within 28 days.  

WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKING/BOXES THAT YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVED IN. AS WITH REGRET WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF THE PICTURE OR SCULPTURE IS NOT SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND/OR WITH THE ADDITION OF SUITABLE PACKAGING TO ENSURE THE PACKAGES ENDURES A RETURN VIA A COURIER

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that we cannot replace or repair a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil (see Restrictions), refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

 - PayPal payments:  refund directly into your PayPal account

 - Stripe Payments:  refund directly onto the card used to pay

Please note: refunds can take up to 30 days from receipt of returned goods to be processed.
