"Framed print of Forth Bridges - I ordered the print and asked for it to be mounted and framed. When it arrived the mounting was not flush with the frame and the frame was damaged too. No doubt this was caused whilst in transit. I rang and spoke to Raymond who immediately said he would send me out another. There was no quibbling at all.
